Jay's dedication to professional development, passion for people, and commitment to community service have made him a top-producing agent and a respected leader in the Lancaster area.

Jay Mattlin, a lifelong resident of Lancaster, OH, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his new role. He graduated from Lancaster High School in 2005, earned his Bachelor of Science in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University in 2010, and his Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Kaplan University in 2015. Jay's professional background spans various roles in government Information Technology, including Systems Administrator for Fairfield County, Computer Support Specialist for Bloom-Carroll Local Schools, and IT Director for the Fairfield County Board of Developmental Disabilities.

Transitioning into real estate in 2016, Jay has developed expertise in residential and commercial real estate, first-time home buyers, team management, probate, and property management. His commitment to education and training has made him a favorite among agents, and he is known for his ability to inspire and support their success.

He was named the 2022 Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Man of the Year for his 20+ years of fundraising in memory of his Nana, raising over $100,000 for the society's mission to cure blood-related cancers. He is also an active member of the Rotary Club of Lancaster-Sherman and currently serves on several boards, including the Sherman Rotary Board, the Lan-Fair Federal Credit Union Board, and the Lancaster Board of Realtors Board.
